Two complimentary kayaks are included, so you can explore the pristine waters of beautiful Hutchins Lake at your own pace.
After a day of adventure, gather on the expansive lakeside patio featuring a relaxing hot tub, cozy fire pit, and plenty of seating to take in the spectacular views. On cooler evenings, curl up inside by the fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie on the large-screen TV in the comfortable, open-concept living room.
The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, creating the perfect space for cooking meals, entertaining, and spending quality time together.

By renting this cottage the below is agreeing to the following terms:
Rental Rules (RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED):
- All of our rentals are non-smoking/no Vaping of any kind.
- You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
- Please get permission and special instruction if you plan on bringing a boat. Tents of any kind are not allowed. There is parking for 3 cars behind the cottage.
- Do not move the furniture.
- Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
- 6.) Pets are permitted with approval and payment of pet fee. If a pet is on the property without permission then there will be a $150 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
- Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
- Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
- Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
- Quiet time is after 11pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night.
- You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
- Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than double the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
- No more than 5 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITOUT AN ADULT!
- There may be wood for the fire pit and fireplace that you are welcome to use but it is not provided. You can get firewood at most all local gas stations and stores.
*Disclosure: There may be cameras with sound at outside entrances of cottages ONLY.
These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!
