Chalet #48 is private and quiet. The cabin sleeps 6. The screened porch is a great spot for meals, reading, games, and a great view of the interior greenery of the Central Section. The screened porch has a picnic table with a charcoal grill outside. The open concept first floor has an oversized living room skylight and is furnished with a couch, matching loveseat, and occasional chair. The kitchen has built in microwave, work island and oversized skylight. Both carpeted bedrooms have air conditioning and bunk beds. In addition to the bunk beds one bedroom has a king bed and the other a queen. The bathroom has a shower, pedestal sink, and medicine cabinet. The heated West pool, shuffleboard court, sand volleyball lot, and horse shoe pit are a short walk. Chalet #48 is a serene oasis within a short walk to our private beach on Lake Michigan. The Chlaet is 90 miles to downtown Chicago; 180 miles to Indianapolis; and 190 miles to Detroit. Ideal for multi-family group getaways.

All deposits made toward cottage rental are non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay as long as the contract has been abided by and there are no damages to the property. Refunds on cancellations can not be given at any time and there are no refunds for early check-out. If at any point during stay the rental rules agreed to are not adhered to the guests will be removed and all rents forfeited. Quaint Cottages does offer rental insurance that can protect you from cancellations and property damages. If you did not purchase when you booked the property you can still purchase within 14 days of booking by visiting the following site.
