The Merry House. If you are looking for the perfect getaway in Saugatuck the Marry house is perfect for you and your family and friends. This 3 bedroom cottage on Mary street on the Hill in Saugatuck is a short walk to town. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the hill this cottage has everything and more. Walk downtown Saugatuck to one of the best restaurants in west Michigan or stay in and cook in the gourmet kitchen or grill out in the fabulous outdoor kitchen with granite counter tops (the built in gas grill pictured can not be used due to fire code however there is a gas grill for use on the patio.) After a long day at the beach or a night out relax in the three season room with a cozy fire or enjoy the hot tub on the patio. This cottage is perfect for ANY time of the year. Another fire place in the living room with a large TV is another great place to relax and entertain. Main TV has sound bar. Cottage has xfinity basic cable package. This cottage also has a large grass fenced in yard to enjoy. The master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed with an ensuite kitchen with large walk in shower or relax in the large bath tub. There is a half bath on the first floor. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed. The third bedroom on the second floor also has a queen bed. The upstairs has a shared bathroom with a walk in shower. This brings the total capacity of this cottage to 6 adults. There is seating at the dining room table for 6 and two more at the kitchen bar.

All deposits made toward cottage rental are non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay as long as the contract has been abided by and there are no damages to the property. Refunds on cancellations can not be given at any time and there are no refunds for early check-out. If at any point during stay the rental rules agreed to are not adhered to the guests will be removed and all rents forfeited. Quaint Cottages does offer rental insurance that can protect you from cancellations and property damages.
