COVID-19 Warnings and Notices

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures - for you, our guests and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting Quaint Cottages managed properties.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exist in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guest with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting our properties you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.


 All our mattresses and pillows will have full encasements and all sheets and towels are processed with hot water and high temperature drying. We will not have any decorative fabric pillows etc. in the cottage. We apologize for this inconvenience however it is for the protection of our guests, employees, and cottage owners. Each surface and all high touch areas will be cleaned AND disinfected with EPA approved disinfectant that kills many viruses and bacterias including the Corona Virus. We also ask that you pay close attention to the departure instructions and follow them closely. We want you to be comfortable and thoroughly enjoy your experience and stay with Quaint Cottages!
