Quaint Cottages FAQ

All deposits made toward cottage rental are non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay as long as the contract has been abided by and there are no damages to the property. Refunds on cancellations can not be given at any time and there are no refunds for early check-out. If at any point during stay the rental rules agreed to are not adhered to the guests will be removed and all rents forfeited. Quaint Cottages does offer rental insurance that can protect you from cancellations and property damages. If you did not purchase when you booked the property you can still purchase within 14 days of booking by visiting the following site.
